NCIS:Los Angeles Season 8 DVD In a surprise bulk early renewal announcement that followed the example set recently by ABC and The CW networks, CBS revealed on March 26, 2016 that most of its currently broadcast series will be returning in the next television season. Among the returning shows is the veteran and award-winning NCIS: Los Angeles, which has been greenlit for its eighth chapter. There's no huge surprise inherent in the renewal, since the series, currently on the air, delivers ratings that are as high as ever, with an average of 8.8 million viewers per episode. There has been no word on the premiere date of the next installment, but we'll be sure to keep you updated.
